Brewing process with grains being added to a mash tun

Our brewery is a 3,000 square-foot production facility operating a 10-barrel brewhouse system. The system generates roughly 3,000 pints per barrel. We are members of the Canadian Craft Brewers Association, with a primary focus on West Coast ales, but we also venture into other styles. Our brewery also houses an in-house canning line, ensuring the freshest beer is always hitting the shelves. Our canning line has eight fill heads that pump out roughly 35 473-ml cans a minute. On any given day, we have between 7-9 beers in our tanks. We operate our canning line 3-4 days a week.

OUR BREWERY

Our brewery staff coordinates their efforts to create, develop, taste, control and perfect our beer recipes. We also employ a pilot system, which is a small version of our main brewing system, to experiment with new recipes and flavour profiles, allowing us to remain innovative without sacrificing our supply chain.
