Devil’s Peak Black IPA was one of the first two beers ever on tap at Graystone Brewing. This is a strongly hopped IPA with a mild roasted malt character and pine/citrus flavours. Made entirely with New Brunswick-grown hops.
Tasting Notes
Cascade and Columbus hops, citrus, chocolate coffee malt, earthy resin spice, black pepper, licorice, and a prominent bitterness. The dark and moody malt of the Devil’s Peak black IPA creates a roasted flavour and aroma that sharply contrasts with this rich beer’s hop-forward profile.
